In a previous article, we already mentioned that a member of the Cycling Sports Association “Latvello” visited Liepāja and Grobiņa, where 521 photographs were digitized.
This time, we present a 1966 newsreel showing a cycling race on the Riga–Liepāja–Riga route.
Unfortunately, the website periodika.lv is currently unavailable, therefore we cannot provide more detailed information about these competitions from contemporary press sources.
